Dr. Jack McGrew is the best! He's knowledgeable, friendly, and does a great job at meeting you where you're at. I came to him barely able to walk or lift my 8 month old son. My back was going out and then would be okay and then would go out again and I was frustrated. From an MRI, I found I had 2 lumbar discs that were bulging/herniated. Dr. McGrew got me started on the spinal decompression protocol and here we are 4-5 months later and I am walking with no pain. I can lift my son (who is now 25lb) and flip him around and do all the fun things I want to be able to do with him. Now my husband and 1 year old son join me and we see Dr. McGrew as a family!
Dr. McGrew is very organized, methodical and thorough… The spinal decompression and adjustments are helping me overcome chronic lower back issues… I would recommend his expertise to anyone…
I always leave Peak feeling better. I had to skip 2 weeks due to a trip, and my back and neck pain was certainly more evident. After today's treatment it is obvious that what Dr. McGrew is doing for me is helping. The atmosphere is calming and relaxing. It is overall a wonderful experience.

Dr. Jack McGrew at Peak Health Chiropractic has greatly improved my aging body. The aches and pains and all of the other various ailments of aging I was experiencing have subsided. I am now having a good night's sleep, waking up rested and have more energy during the day. And, I feel my posture improving. My chiropractic care with Dr. Jack has been amazing and I look forward to each session. He is extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and uses a variety of effective techniques to achieve a healthy outcome.

Dr. McGrew was wonderful! I had an extremely detailed examination as well as a “game” plan on how to improve my posture and my neck and back pain. Has traction and an adjustment . The equipment was state of the art and Dr. McGrew was extremely knowledgeable and easy to talk with. I feel so much veered after just one visit. My neck pain is gone!

I started seeing Dr. Jack a few weeks ago after dealing with a spine injury that’s been bothering me for about 10 years. I’ve lived with constant pain and headaches for so long that I honestly didn’t expect much relief, but he’s already made a big difference. My headaches have gotten noticeably better, and my neck, which has been stiff for years, finally cracked and released a bit. Dr. Jack at peak health is absolutely amazing! I was dealing with debilitating low back pain. He did an exam and posture check on me and showed how my disc could be damaged.<br>I did what he recommended with decompression and his adjustments!<br>Man I am so much better!
