Dr. Jack McGrew at Peak Health Chiropractic has greatly improved my aging body. The aches and pains and all of the other various ailments of aging I was experiencing have subsided. I am now having a good night's sleep, waking up rested and have more energy during the day. And, I feel my posture improving. Dr. McGrew was wonderful! I had an extremely detailed examination as well as a “game” plan on how to improve my posture and my neck and back pain. Has traction and an adjustment . I started seeing Dr. Jack a few weeks ago after dealing with a spine injury that’s been bothering me for about 10 years. I’ve lived with constant pain and headaches for so long that I honestly didn’t expect much relief, but he’s already made a big difference. Dr. Jack at peak health is absolutely amazing! I was dealing with debilitating low back pain. He did an exam and posture check on me and showed how my disc could be damaged.<br>I did what he recommended with decompression and his adjustments!<br>Man I am so much better!
